Experience
Laura is the College Director at BUIC. She is committed to ensuring the best possible learning and teaching environment for all BUIC students.
Laura has worked in international education in the UK, Italy, Spain, Australia, China, Sri Lanka, and Japan for more than 20 years. She has worked as a teacher, teacher trainer and Director of Studies in various contexts (English language schools, the British Council and Higher Education Institutions). She has a BA in French and German from the University of Exeter, the Trinity Certificate TESOL, Certificate TYLEC, Diploma TESOL, Diploma in ELT Management and a Master's in Professional Development in Language Education, specialising in trainer development and EAP. She has achieved the status of Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
Interests
She enjoys exploring all the beautiful places around 69传媒 as well as travelling abroad. Her other interests include running, yoga and learning languages.
